Marci Harnischfeger MS RD is a food and health tech expert.

She is a Masters educated Registered Dietitian, Chef, and Nutrition Educator who consults for a variety of clients from tech companies to schools to restaurants, grocery and food companies who are interested in pursuing new markets or serving their current customers more effectively in the food, health, tech or wellness space.

In the past, she served as Head Dietitian for ShopWell, a nutrition education website and iPhone app that helps people build healthy grocery lists customized to their needs. At ShopWell, she was responsible for all nutrition, health and food-science research and content.

Marci has a passion for teaching and public speaking to diverse nutrition communities across the US and, in the past, has taught Nutrition Science as an instructor at Carrington College. She holds a Masters of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, a B.A. in Linguistics and Geography from Northwestern University, and is a graduate of the Accelerated Culinary Arts Program at the Culinary Institute of America.

Marci loves all things tech, tea, grocery store tours, and the challenge of making healthy meals from an almost empty pantry.
